General rules:

• When you order a drawing from me, you agree to my style!. I have a toony style.

• Any art you commission from me are for personal use only! It is not allowed to make any financial profit out of the work i make. Printing for self use within your private area is fine.

• Do not use my art as NFT's or for any Artificial Learning Technologies.

• The waiting time in my queue can vary, To check my current queue, please go to my Waiting list.

• Your art will be done in two weeks after i have successfully receive payment. If it takes longer, i will let you know by Email or Telegram.

• Please let me know if you want any changes during the sketch process!. When you agreed to the sketch, changes only can be done for a fee.

• I do not work with deadlines shorter than 2 weeks notice!

• I will always contact you before I'll start working on your art.

• I will send you the finished PNG file.

• Please provide me a clear Reference page, No detailed fur, no shading, and not drawn on paper (scan), an at least 2 to 3 poses (front, side, bac). Not providing a proper ref sheet results in incorrect colorization of your character. Kai's artwork studio's is in NO way or form responsible for this!

Price and Payment

• I accept payments in US Dollar. Accepted payment methods are Paypal.
• For every commission you pay at least 30% non refundable of the price upfront to secure your spot and to prevent people ignoring me.
• Full payment is completed after i showed you the sketch, and you agreed to it.
• Please have the amount we agreed on prepared and be able to pay directly when asked.
• Your art will be done in two weeks after i have successfully receive payment. If it takes longer, i will let you know by Email or Telegram.
• No refunds. You can always cancel your slot anytime before I start working on your commission. Please inform me at least 2 days upfront!
• YCH's are always paid upfront fully, non-refundable!
• If you don't respond to my payment reminders, i am forced to cancel your request after 2 reminders, or 5 days!

 

 

Copyrights

• There will be put one or multiple watermarks on the art to secure it's originality.
• Do not remove, alter, or add own watermarks to the received art. This will cause being permanently blacklisted with an official report.
• Only the buyer is allowed to upload art you bought or won. No one else is allowed to upload before asking the buyer/ winner or artist!
• WE DO NOT !! SELL COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERS. Since it's illegal to do AND i can get a in serious trouble if we do!  (Disney, DreamWorks, Animal Crossing etc)

 

 

Upload policy

I always upload the art publicly! I will not keep any art hidden because it's our only source of advertisement! I can wait with uploading it for a few days, but I will not hold your commission hidden for public!

 

 

Artistic Freedom

Whenever you tell, ask or or give me full freedom in designing your commission, the final price depends on the amount of time we put into your commission based on the complexity of your character, and previous Artistic freedom commissions!

this means that the price might be a little higher than the regular commission price.
